In this exceptional edition, Master Distiller Billy Walker hand-selected casks that held fine Sherry within a traditional solera system for over 55 years before beginning a new chapter at The GlenAllachie.
We proudly present this whisky at 50% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing its exceptional character to reign supreme.
Now available to purchase at The GlenAllachie Distillery and online at theglenallachie.com. It will become available globally in the coming weeks.

This is harmonised with the use of American virgin oak, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. The resulting whisky creates a balanced symphony of flavours with warm spice, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, and rich molasses.
